- Governance of the Highland Council and High Life Highland adventure activities safety management systems
- Developing an outdoor activities service delivering curriculum focussed, extra-curricular programmes as well as activities for the wider public
- Management of Highland Council and High Life Highland outdoor activity resources and outdoor facilities
- Countryside Ranger service
